At Cloud-CDN, we provide CDN (Content Delivery Network) setup, configuration, optimization, security integration, and related performance services. Since CDN services involve technical implementation, third-party infrastructure usage, resource allocation, and digital service delivery, all payments made for CDN services are governed by the following refund policy.

Advance Payments


All advance payments or booking amounts made to initiate a project are non-refundable. These payments secure project scheduling, planning, research, and resource allocation.

Non-Refundable Payments


All payments made for CDN services are non-refundable, including:

CDN setup and configuration fees
Performance optimization services
Security implementation services
Monthly or annual CDN subscription charges
Consultation and technical support fees

Third-Party Service Charges


CDN services may involve third-party providers, platforms, licenses, or subscriptions. Payments made toward:

CDN provider subscriptions
SSL certificates
Security tools
Premium features
Cloud infrastructure services are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

Service Activation & Configuration


Once CDN setup, integration, configuration, or optimization work has started, no refund requests will be accepted, regardless of project completion status.

Change of Mind or Business Decisions


Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Business closure
Switching to another provider
Dissatisfaction caused by factors outside our control
Lack of technical understanding of CDN services

Performance Limitations


While Cloud-CDN strives to improve website speed and reliability, actual performance may vary depending on:

Hosting quality
Website code structure
Internet conditions
Third-party server response
Traffic source locations

Therefore, refunds will not be granted based on performance expectations alone.

Client Delays or Incomplete Information


If the client fails to provide required access, technical details, approvals, or cooperation necessary for implementation, no refunds will be issued for delayed or incomplete deployment.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellation requests submitted after service initiation, subscription activation are not eligible for refunds.

Technical Support


Cloud-CDN will provide reasonable technical assistance within the agreed support period to resolve CDN-related issues instead of offering refunds.
